Roof

Reinforced Concrete top with Weathering course and pressed clay tiles.

Walls

External walls are 8” tk (C.M 1:6) and partition walls are 4” tk (C.M 1:5) , Cement plastered(Porotherm Hollow Block) . The roof height will be 10’.

Wardrobe & Lofts

One open cupboard and one loft will be provided in each bedroom and kitchen. Loft and Sunshade width is 1’9”

Windows

The windows are (Vengai) Country window with single shutter and mosquito shutter.

Doors

Teak wood Main Entrance First quality Burma Teak and other Doors are flush doors with country wood frames.

Flooring

Flooring will be of Vitrified Tiles(Basic Cost Rs.50/- sq.ft) in all rooms and Stair steps will be of Eurocon Tiles and Lift face will be cladded with ceramic Tiles and Car Porch flooring will be of interlocking Cement Tiles.

Kitchen

Black Granite slab is for Kitchen platform with sink and drain board (Stainless Steel), Glazed tiles are to a height of 2’ above the working platform.

Bathrooms

Toilets will be provided with White Colour E.W.C with Flushing tank in Master Bedroom. Common Toilet will be provided with White colour I.W.C without flushing tank. All Toilets Flooring will be of Ceramic/Glazed Tiles (Basic Cost Rs.30/-sq.ft 12” x 8” Ivory) and wall dadoing will be provided upto a height of 7’ (Basic Cost Rs.30/- sq.ft 1’ x 1’ Ceramic Tile) Concealed piping white Glazed Sanitary Fixtures. Jaguar continental fitting for bath.

Inner walls painting will be provided with Emulsion Putty. Exterior Painting by Weather Coat.

Deposits

For Electrical connections and Underground Drainage actual Deposit will be collected from the Clients.
